11 years ago, Parth Chatterjee had only Rs. 6300

Partha Chatterjee, who was arrested in West Bengal’s notorious teacher recruitment scam, is facing no end. After all the criticism, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee finally showed Parth Chatterjee the way out of the cabinet on Thursday. In fact, this step was taken after the cash was continuously received from the locations of Arpita Mukherjee, a close associate of Parth Chatterjee. ED has so far recovered more than Rs 50 crore in cash from Arpita Mukherjee’s locations. According to sources, Arpita Mukherjee has admitted in the ED interrogation that all this money belongs to Parth Chatterjee. The special thing is that, according to the affidavit that Parth submitted to the Election Commission before the 2011 elections, he had only Rs. 6300. It may be mentioned that the ED first raided the flat of Arpita Mukherjee, who is close to Parth Chatterjee, on July 23. Meanwhile, the ED has recovered more than Rs 21 crore in cash. After this, the ED arrested Arpita. After this, ED raided another flat of Arpita last Wednesday, during which Rs 29 crore more cash and nearly five crore worth of gold were recovered.
