In this video, we will make Tandoori Momo which is a street specialty in North & North East India. We will achieve the perfect tandoori flavor in nepali style momos without using an oven, or a tandoor/sigdi.

Ingredients: Maida – 2 cup

Salt – as per taste

Water – to make a stiff dough

Cabbage – 2 cups grated

Onion – 1/2 cup grated

Salt – 1 tsp

Ginger – 2 inches grated

Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp Oil – to deep fry (avoid if using steaming momo)

Sattu / Roasted Besan – 4 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Chat Masala – 1 tsp

Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp

Kashmiri Red Chili – 1 tsp

Black Salt – 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Red Food Color – ⅛ tsp

Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Dahi – 4 tbsp

Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp

Charcoal – 1 small

Ghee – 1/2 tsp

Oil – to cook about 2-3 tbsp

Wooden Skewers / Metal Skewer

Onion – 2-3 sliced

Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp

Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
