As the league turns back to its original home-and-away format in India, wherein all 10 teams are scheduled to play seven games at their home venue and seven away, for the first time since 2019, Defending champions Gujarat Titans and the Chennai Super Kings will kick off the tournament with the first match scheduled to happen on March 31 in Ahmedabad.

Following the opening match, Punjab Kings will take on Kolkata Knight and the Lucknow Super Giants will take on the Delhi Capitals on April 1 respectively.

Sunrisers Hyderabad will play against the Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore will play against the Mumbai Indians on April 2.

The final of the tournament is reportedly scheduled for May 28, also to happen in Ahmedabad. 70 games will be played in the tournament, including 18 double headers.
