Russia’s Colonel Killed by his own demoralized Army men

A Russian Lieutenant General has been killed by his own “demoralised” men. As per reports, Russian soldiers drove a tank over Colonel Yuri Medvedev after their unit suffered heavy losses in Ukraine.
Another Russian army’s Lieutenant General Yakov Rezanstev, who was commander of Russia’s 49th Combined Arms Army has been killed. Just few days after Russia launched a military operation, he had claimed that the war would be over within few hours.
Seven Russian generals have so far have been killed during this on going war in Ukraine.
Russian troops have not been able to capture any major city and Russia’s 1,351 military personnel have already been killed and 3,835 injured since it launched a military offensive in Ukraine on February 24.
Military analysts are saying that Russian invasion in Ukraine actually was aimed at toppling Ukraine’s government. But now President Vladimir Putin wants to claim a face-saving victory.
