Brampton’s Drivers Are Paying the Most for Car Insurance; Report Claims

As per a recent report by the Ontario’s auditor general, Brampton Driver is paying almost three time car insurance than other cities of the province. The report was released on November 30 which features price quotes from various insurance companies, where the location was a variable.
The investigation stated that a person with a driving experience in London was quoted $1,200, where as the same person was quoted $3,350 in Brampton.
Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk also further recommended the FSA to reassess the parameters on which insurance companies determine insurance premiums. The report also mentions that though Ontario has a low injury rate than most other provinces, it has the highest private passenger insurance costs in the country.
