Consular Camp Being Organised in Brampton on Oct. 1

It will be organized at Terry Miller Recreation Centre, at 1295 Williams Pkwy, Brampton between 10 a.m., and 1:30 p.m.

On Saturday, October 1st, the Consulate General of India will be organizing a Consular camp in the city of Brampton. The camp is being organised to address and resolve various issues related to consulate matters like Visa, OCI, Passport, PCC, Surender Certificate, Life Certificate, Attestation, and more.

It will be organized at Terry Miller Recreation Centre, at 1295 Williams Pkwy, Brampton between 10 a.m., and 1:30 p.m.

It must be noted that the camp is not meant to provide consular service on spot but to resolve any long-pending issues. The applications for Surrender Certificate and Attestation services if found complete can however be accepted.

A recent press release issued by Consulate General of India mentioned that, “Fee for Surrender Certificate will be payable by Debit Card/Demand Draft in favour of “BLS International Services Canada”. Fee for Attestation services will be payable only through Demand Draft in favour of “Consulate General of India, Toronto”. For attestation service applicant must attach a self-addressed prepaid envelope for return of serviced documents.”

It has been mentioned that COVID -19 guidelines must be strictly adhered to, at the camp and that applications will only be submitted if all the documents and forms are submitted. Any Soft Copy of documents will not be accepted.
