His show was scheduled at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto and the concert was supposed to mark the end of 3-day October World Weekend event in the city.
Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj were set to be performing alongside Drake.
In the Instagram story, he wrote, “I am truly devastated to say that I tested positive for Covid and the Young Money Reunion show scheduled for tonight is being rescheduled to the soonest date possible. I will keep the city posted and share the new date whenever we have it locked.”
