Gas prices to drop to average price this Sunday

Gas prices are going to roll back to an average p-rice, which has not been seen since May in the Southern Ontario.

According to an analyst, the gas prices are going to roll back to an average p-rice, which has not been seen since May in the Southern Ontario.

The President of Canadians for Affordable Energy said that the gas prices are set to drop below $2/L which is for the first time since May.

“Every time there are good job numbers or very high inflation numbers in the United States and in Canada, the response by markets is that this will inevitably bring higher interest rates. With higher interest rates, the perception is it’ll weaken the demand for everything,” he said.

This is some relief to the drivers who have been cringing at 5the sight of the gas prices in Ontario. The price fell by 3 cents on Wednesday, and another cent by Thursday. On Friday, another dip of 3 cents is expected.

Dan McTeague said that they are on track to see the gas prices to potentially fall below the $2/L on Sunday.

According to him, this is a short-term gift to the consumers and that the lurking in the background is a shortage that needs to the addressed at the earliest.

He further added that there is a lot of shock in the market.
