The complaint was filed in court on January 4, 2021, according to Raghbir Singh Bahniwal, the lawyer for the elderly farmer woman Mahinder Kaur. Who had a hearing that lasted about 13 months. Kangana has now been summoned by the court. He has been called to appear in the court.
