Man Shot in Scarborough, Two Schools Put Under Hold

On Wednesday afternoon, at around 3:45 p.m., the Toronto Police and paramedics were reported to a shooting incident in Scarborough.

On Wednesday afternoon, at around 3:45 p.m., the Toronto Police and paramedics were reported to a shooting incident in Scarborough.

The shooting took place near the area of Gilder Drive and Eglington Avenue East. Upon the arrival of the paramedics, a man was located without any vital signs. As per the paramedics, the injuries are life-threatening, and CPR is being performed on the victim.

The police have not yet released the information about the suspect. Two Schools in the area, Glen Ravine Junior Public School and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy, have been put on hold as a precautionary measure.

On Tuesday evening, two men were stabbed in Toronto. The incident took place shortly before 10 p.m. when the emergency crews responded to a stabbing in the area of Driftwood Avenue and Jane Street.

According to the police, they located two men with multiple stab wounds. One of the two injured was pronounced dead on the spot and the second person was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
