Toronto Island Ferry Service to be Reduced Following a Crash
As per the police, the crash happened around 5 p.m. on Saturday when the boat approached the terminal with more than 900 people on board.
The ferry service to the Toronto Island is going to be reduced for the remaining summer after a collision took place at the downtown terminal over the weekend which injured a dozen people.
According to the city of Toronto’s parks department, a ferry has been taken out of service and the rest will be operating at a reduced capacity.
Passengers will now have to wait for longer than usual times for the rest of summer.

It has been reported that 12 people sustained minor injuries, out of which five were taken to the hospital for treatment, however, none of the injuries were serious.
The cause of the stated crash was not immediately known.
