A shocking video has been released showing two men violently attacking a seemingly unsuspecting person in the parking lot of Baitul Aman Masjid near Victoria Park and Danforth avenues at around 7:45 p.m. A man can be seen walking in the parking lot when two men approach him. One seems to be carrying a bat and starts striking the victim. The other person then kicks the man to the ground and they continue to stomp and hit him.

A grey-coloured sedan then pulls up slowly next to them and the two escape. A concerned person in a car nearby then runs over to assist the victim. According to the police, the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
