Sarbinder Kaur, 27, and Manthan Sharma, 25, Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Mississauga

Both individuals were held for bail hearings and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.

Officers from the 12 Division Community Incident Response Team (CIRT) have charged two individuals with multiple drug-related offences and possessing a large quantity of Canadian currency.

On Friday, February 14, 2025, CIRT officers executed a Criminal Code search warrant on a residence in the area of Goreway Drive and Brandon Gate Drive in the City of Mississauga.

As a result of the search warrant, investigators seized the following:

  • 1.10kg of Crystal Methamphetamines

  • 194.9g of Heroin

  • 213 suspected opiate pills

  • $46,145.00 of Canadian currency was seized

A child was removed from the residence and taken to a place of safety.

Sarbinder Kaur, a 27-year-old woman from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

Manthan Sharma, a 25-year-old man from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Possession for the Purpose – Methamphetamines

Both individuals were held for bail hearings and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.

By arresting dangerous drug traffickers and seizing a significant amount of illicit substances, we’ve disrupted a harmful criminal network. More importantly, we were able to remove a child from an unsafe environment, ensuring their safety. Our commitment to tackling drug-related crime and protecting the most vulnerable members of our community remains unwavering,” said Chief Nishan Duraiappah.
