Two Teenagers Charged For Armed Robbery in Mississauga

Two teenagers and two adults have been detained by Peel Police in connection with an armed robbery that took place in Mississauga.

Two teenagers and two adults have been detained by Peel Police in connection with an armed robbery that took place in Mississauga.

Four suspects showed up at a shop on Saturday, January 29, at 2:56 p.m. in Mississauga’s Clarkson Rd/Lakeshore Rd neighborhood. One of the suspects is said to have remained in the car as three others approached the establishment.

According to police, one of the suspects was carrying a firearm and made an attempt to enter the business but was unsuccessful. No one was hurt physically, and the perpetrators are thought to have driven off in a white Elantra that was stolen from Peel Region.

The suspect vehicle was spotted by officers nearby, and they were able to stop it.
The stolen car also included a loaded 9-millimeter handgun with ten rounds of ammo, according to the police. All four suspects were detained, and a number of accusations were brought against them, including armed robbery, disguising oneself, possessing property obtained via criminal activity, and disobeying a court order.

Taejuan Johnson-Pinnock, 20, Michael Hilaire, 19, and two 17-year-old Brampton teens, whose identities are protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act, are the defendants. On Sunday, January 29, the suspects were detained pending a bail hearing in Brampton.
