A Canada-wide arrest warrant for Parzham was issued by Toronto police in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in North York in June.

According to police, at about 10:10 p.m. on June 15, Parzham fatally shot Kian Hoseyni, a 28-year-old Toronto resident, in a parking lot outside the north exit of the Sheppard-Yonge subway station.

Parzham, according to police, was spotted driving away from the scene in a silver 2014 Hyundai Tucson with the Ontario licence plate CVBA 460.

According to the Toronto Police, Parzham is said to be six feet tall and 180 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair that might currently be long.
