Although the police did not disclose the school’s name, a spokesperson from Blue Rock Truck Training School confirmed that charges were filed against the company in relation to the incident. Blue Rock stated that the driver was en route to a mechanic for servicing when the vehicle was stopped.

As a result of the safety violations, the truck was taken out of service, and both the driver and the company now face charges. The specific charges have not been provided immediately by a Peel Regional Police spokesperson.
