On February 20, 2024, at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, ON, Manjit Singh Johal, a cherished soul at the age of 74, peacefully departed this world, surrounded by the love of his devoted family. Born on January 30, 1950, in Phillaur, Punjab, to the late Pritam Singh Johal and the late Surjit Kaur Johal, Manjit’s journey led him from Punjab University Chandigarh Law School to Canada, where he found love and married Nirmal (Nimmi) Kaur Johal (nee Dosanjh) in 1975.

Manjit’s legacy is woven into the vibrant tapestry of a thriving business and a beautiful family. His memory lives on in the hearts of his beloved wife Nimmi, his children Raman (Sumeet), Navneet (Gaurav), Jasmeet, and his grandsons Shaan, Jeevan, Dillon, and Vishaal. In his retirement, he reveled in family, cultivating gardens with Nimmi, basking in the sunlight on the patio, and delighting in the company of his four grandsons.
